    Searchable database of programs from Canadian Universities.
  • Athabasca University
    The University Certificate in Career Development is a versatile addition to professional credentials. The certificate is a 30-credit, traditionally one-year program offered at the senior undergraduate level of university study. It is intended primarily for practitioners who have some related work experience in a human services field. The certificate builds on competencies already developed to enhance the practitioner's effectiveness.

  • Centre for Disability Studies
    Located at the University of Leeds.
  • CM Home Study
    Offers correspondence/work at home courses, mostly in book form but there are some online courses. The courses are accepted by several organizations toward educational credits to maintain certification (please review your associations continuing education policy).
  • Dalhousie University
    This is a Diploma Program offered through their distance learning department.
  • Disability Studies at Syracuse University
  • Grant MacEwan University
    Offer two programs, Disability Management in the Workplace, which is designed for distance learning, the second program is the Disability Studies: Leadership & Community program (formally known as the Rehabilitation Practitioner program), which is a 2 year full time study program.

It has five campuses in three cities across the Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor. With more than 37000 students and 3500 staff, it is one of Queensland's largest universities.
    The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in disability studies, rehabilitation counselling, employment services, etc.

    Offers courses related to the Career Management Professional Program.
  • Masters in Social Work
    A website dedicated to listing Masters in Social Work links in the United States.
  • McMaster University
    Offers Masters and Doctorate level programs, in conjunction with University of British Columbia.
  • Mediation Training Institute International
  • NIDMAR
    Offers online modules which lead to either the Certified Return to Work Coordinator or the Certified Disability Management Professional designation. More recently NIDMAR has involved in the formation of the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health & Sciences.

    Offers correspondence course toward a Rehabilitation Certificate.

    Offers classroom based Diploma program in Rehabilitation Management.

    Offers a program through continuing education called Psychosocial Rehabilitation certification program.
  • University of Calgary
    Through Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies, the offer classroom and distance learning courses toward a Bachelor of Community Rehabilitation (BCR)

  • University of Northern British Columbia
    Offers a Masters in Disability Management through distance learning.
  • University of Sydney - Rehabilitation Counselling
    On the University of Sydney Rehabilitation Counseling web site you will find Information on their Bachelor Health Sciences/Master of Rehabilitation Counseling (undergraduate combined degree) and Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counseling and Master of Rehabilitation Counseling degrees, as well as information about professional practice and industry information.
